I initially made a purchase of merchandise on July 2nd. I returned that same merchandice on July 18th because it it arrived damaged. I was recently told that Heartland America received that damaged merchandise on August 24th and that it would take another 2 weeks to process my refund. This is going on 2 months and I still have not received my refund. The customer service is horrible, this company's handling of refunds and exchanges are horrible and I suggest if anyone reads this to run away!
My brother purchased the RCA Bluetooth streaming sound bar for my birthday gift, after receiving this old piece of crap. Made in 2012. I connected to my TV as instructed. First I tried to connect to Netflix and was told this app no longer compatible with RCA products. No available updates. I then tried every app listed and was given the same response. Next I check the about page in settings. The license is owned by Netflix... it is not updatable.

I had three transactions on my bank statement that was pending from Heartland America. I didn't know this company nor never heard of them till this happened. The amounts were nice size, two for $339.82 and another for $566. I went to my bank and closed my card. Then I called Heartland America and explained to the rep these were fraudulent charges that show pending in my account. She verified that I did not have an account with them, got with her manager and they asked me to confirm the last four of the card that was used and the first digit of the card. I gave them the numbers and they found it in their system pending. I was told it was going to be stopped since it was pending. The next day they were gone from my bank account with no issues. I thought that was the last of it and it was resolved. The following day the two $339.82 cleared my bank account. I then called Heartland America and got a rep that was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. She would not let my explain what happened when I called the first time. She just kept over talking me and telling me once it's cleared my account I have to dispute it with my bank. I ended up calling my bank and putting a dispute in. The following day another $522.88 cleared my account from Heartland again. I called my bank and asked them how can this be if I closed that card out that day? They told me they believe it was in limbo trying to go through when I closed the card and that's why it was processed in my account. So, I had to do another dispute on that transaction. So total fraudulent charges that went through my bank account from this company is $1202. 52 that I am still waiting on my dispute. It's one thing to have someone use your bank card that was not authorized, but it really doesn't help when the company (Heartland America) where these fraudulent charges come from are not making it any easier!
I am not ordering anything else from Heartland America. I have tried twice to contact them but they have not contacted me yet. I have returned an item but the money has not been put back into my account. Very dissatisfied!
First off, their prices aren't that good. They will gladly take your money but they never confirm order or send tracking info. When you try to access the website to check order status, the website won't let you in and request for lost password assistance results in no emails being sent. And I did check my SPAM folder.
Calling customer service took forever to get through and the bored customer service rep simply said item is in transit. I asked them to email me a tracking number, giving them my email again but no email ever arrived. When I complained about all the SPAM they were sending even though I already unsubscribed — he transferred me to another department — and after 2 seconds of silence, I was disconnected. Dang!
Still getting SPAM from them and still no package after I spent $50 on an item for my 83 year old mother-in-law. This company is beyond awful.
Calling heartland was the best thing I could have done for my family. They make the process quick and easy. It giving us hope and peace of mind.
Products Arrive on Time, and Shoes fit Fine, and watch looks of good quality.
Generally very interesting items but often repetitive
We have been customers for several years. We have found Heartland to provide what is advertised and usually quite promptly. A couple of times we have had to return items/make good on orders; this was eventually done but the process was slow and dragged out over several weeks. that is our only complaint, otherwise 5 stars. Keep up the good job. We appreciate your honesty, your prices and your staff.

Heartland has top quality merchandise at unbelievable prices. The products i have purchased so far has held up beyond strenuous use. I plan on buying more merchandise in the future. The clothing is impeccable. TY
No problems, good service and fun to read your catalogs. Save some money though and send me one or two a year.
I would have given you 5 stars, but your interoffice communications cost us some time and efficiency.
